The processing of implementing the virtual assistant consists of various steps. First, the initial kick-off will be held to organize the project timeline, which will consist of the content upload in the AgentBot platform, followed by testing. Once AgentBot has been launched, the adjustment phase begins, where we will analyze how the virtual assistant is functioning based on the feedback and analysis. This will give us the opportunity to optimize the content and work on the Ways to Ask.
