Emoji Picker

To increase empathy with your users, you can activate the emoji picker in your chat window.

The window will have 15 default emoji symbols that your users will be able to choose from to interact with the bot. If you prefer, you can request to change these for others.

You will have to upload questions and answers for each emoji to your knowledge base so that the virtual assistant can recognize and respond to them. To do this quickly and easily, you can import these from an Excel file. The following table (which you can copy and then import) shows emoji codes and possible answers.

 You can change the default emojis that appear in the Emoji Picker. Just copy and paste the emoji code in your intention or answer. To search for the different codes, use this link

Important: Any emoji that is not understood by the assistant will be dismissed, therefore, it will not appear in the Training section and will not be transferred to a human assistant.
