If you want to get more precise details about the quality of attention to your users or redirect them to a site outside of your opening hours, for example, you can add hyperlinks in your automatic messages or in the messages from your attention groups. Here is an example of a satisfaction survey applied in one of the automatic feedback messages:
Go to "Messages" in the side panel in the "Settings" section.
2. Choose the "Attention Feedback" option from AgentBot or Live.
3. Click the pencil icon.
4. You will need to place the following code with the survey URL where indicated:

5. You can also modify the text inviting you to complete the survey:
<strong><a href="Enter the survey URL here" target="_blank">Let us know your opinion here</a></strong>.
6. Click "Save" and you're done.
Important: It can take a few minutes from the time you save it until it hits online because the process takes a long time to clear the cache.
