From the option of Configurations that is in the lateral panel, you must enter to the channel in which you want to configure the CTA with buttons. Enter to the basic configurations there you will find the settings related to the CTA, where you will be able to configure:
- Location (where you want your CTA to be seen)
- Style (how you want your CTA to look)
- Message from CTA
Buttons you want your CTA to have. You can put the visible name that will have your button and choose what intention you want it to be associated.
Important: remember that you must have previously created the intentions that will be included in your buttons. The button name can only be up to 20 characters long, and there is no limit on the number of buttons.
- Notification Icon
Important: the notification icon will not be visible if you have a custom or image-type CTA. The number that accompanies the icon cannot be changed, it will always be number 1.
You will be able to configure independently for Mobile. However, using the option "Replicate Web CTA design" you will be able to replicate the Web settings in Mobile.
