How to import content to AgentBot

The content importer is used to quickly and effectively upload your knowledge base to the AgentBot platform. You can use it for your initial upload or to add new content to your existing base.

Import your content in three different ways: 

1. From Zendesk Guide (see: How to integrate Zendesk Guide?)

2. From Excel: If you have your questions and answers in an Excel file, you can import this document and save time. To do so, click "Import" on the right panel of the platform and select "From Excel".

When you click on the upload button, you will have to define which column the importer will use to generate the questions and which column the importer will use to generate the answers.

Important: Tags, ways of asking, two or more answers to the same intention, and emojis will not import. You will have to upload these at some other time from the Knowledge section. 

During upload, the system shows the progress of the import and identifies repeated content in the platform.

Tip: Erase the row with the titles "Intention" and "Answer" so that they are not imported to the platform as new content.

3. From Marketplace: From the Marketplace, you can import pre-made packs of content which include Tags and ways to ask. We have packs for specific industries and also for special occasions such as Christmas and Halloween, among others.
