To create a flow for an integration, it is always important to be clear about your goal. In other words, know what is the final answer your user will get from the step-by-step that you will create.
The intention that will trigger the integration, for example: "I want to schedule an appointment".
It is always important to map out the step-by-step that your customer must go through to get a certain answer.
At each step you should ask yourself what will happen if the user makes an error when completing a step, for example: He/she did not add the document number correctly What response does your API have configured for this and other errors? If the API does not have a response, should we generate one from the integration?
Add the necessary endpoints, apis, authorization tokens at each step of the integration.
Add the texts for each step of the integration, so that everything is in one place.
