Best Practices for Creating Integration Flows

To create a flow for an integration, it is always important to be clear about your goal. In other words, know what is the final answer your user will get from the step-by-step that you will create.

Recommendations

✅ The intention that will trigger the integration, for example: "I want to schedule an appointment".

✅ It is always important to map out the step-by-step that your customer must go through to get a certain answer.

✅ At each step you should ask yourself what will happen if the user makes an error when completing a step, for example: He/she did not add the document number correctly What response does your API have configured for this and other errors? If the API does not have a response, should we generate one from the integration?

✅ Add the necessary endpoints, apis, authorization tokens at each step of the integration.

✅ Add the texts for each step of the integration, so that everything is in one place.
