Adding a data form integration to your answers allows you to provide your users with customized information. For instance, you can share their order status or available balance.
Please, follow the steps below:
1. Go to https://w2.aivo.co/en/developers/integrations/ to get the necessary documentation to create the data form integration.
2. Select or create an intention where you will use the integration.
3. Edit the answer.
4. Click on Complements and select the Integration option from that list.
5. Choose the Data Form option and complete the fields below:
- Name: this will help you easily identify the created integration to reuse it in other answers.
- URL: this is the web service link to which it will connect to show the information requested by the customer.
- Copy the JSON code with the structure of the desired form.
6. Save and publish.
