By analyzing the behavior of the virtual assistant, you will see the number of sessions and interactions in the period of time you selected.
A session is every action generated between the user and the bot that has a beginning and an end, that is to say, the complete chat session. An interaction is every intention, or question, generated by the user and responded by the virtual assistant during the chat session.
The session begins when the user has the first interaction with the virtual agent and ends once it is transferred to a human agent, when the user closes the chat or it expires after five minutes of inactivity.
