How to perform transfers using Zendesk Chat Script

To create transfers to different departments using Zendesk Chat Script, you simply have to follow these steps:

1. Create the departments from the platform in the following format:

https://zd.agentbot.net/v3/name/token/department

2. If the name of the department has spaces, replace each space with 2 underscores. For example:

https://zd.agentbot.net/v1/derivacao-zendesk/cliente/envio__de__ordenes

Important: Department names must be exactly the same as in Zendesk.
