In tabular format, data about the users who had sessions during the selected time period is listed. You can see:
- User name
- Creation date
- Date of last access
This information can be downloaded as a CSV file.
User details
By clicking on the magnifying glass at the end of each customer row, access detailed and historical information of each user. You can see:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Creation date
- Date of last access
- Most recent IP
- Number of sessions
- Details of the sessions with the virtual assistant: opening and reading the chats that this user has had with your bot.
