Description of filters in Satisfaction Score

👇 Here is detailed information about the filters you will find in the Satisfaction category.


>> Dates: the default filter will be the last 30 days and you can filter for a certain period of time.

>> Date range: allows you to locate the statistics according to the date you want. 

>> Channel: filters the information according to the different attention channels available for the selected period. By default, the statistics of all channels will be shown. If you filter by a particular channel, this action will recalculate the index.

>> Media: filters the information according to each created and available channel for the selected period. By default it will show the statistics of all media. If you filter by a particular media, this action will recalculate the index.

>> Personality Tags: This option allows you to omit from the Satisfaction Score calculation the intentions under the "Personality" tag. The filter applies only to Aivo's "Personality" tag. If you have personality intentions that do not have this specific tag, we recommend that you tag them. If you use your own personality tag, the score will not be able to detect them and will still include them in the score.
