When you create your One Time campaign you will have the possibility of scheduling deferred delivery for another time.
You will define three data 
the date, time and respective time zone.
Important: We always schedule a future date:
That is, you can't schedule days or times that have already passed on the calendar.
Y we will be able to program campaigns from 5 minutes after their moment of creation, not before. In the case of being before, the programming function does not apply, but what would be a conventional shipment.
For example, if it is 10 am, it is not possible to schedule for 10.05 am or prior to that time on the same day.
In turn we have the possibility to stop the campaign up to 5 minutes before its scheduled delivery.
