When a failure occurs in any one-time proactive messaging through Engage, you can download a report to identify the reason for the failure(s) presented.
Follow these steps:
Step 1:
In Engage, click on the "View Details" option located under "Campaigns".

Step 2:
On the screen that will be displayed, click on the "Generate report" option.

Step 3:
By clicking on this option, you will receive the campaign report in your email.

Step 4:
By clicking this option, you will receive the campaign report in your email. Click the "Download file" button.

In this report, you can identify the "error_description" field that points to the error code submitted.
