Recurring campaign monitoring

From the campaigns section we will enter the icon to see details.

☝By clicking on the see details icon, we will access the data and indicators of the chosen campaign.


☝☝In the beginning, on the upper left side we will see the name of the campaign

Below that data, the date of creation of the campaign, the name of the template  that we chose and the status.

After these fields we have the date selector, in order to filter the time range that we need to visualize and evaluate.

Subsequently, the indicators that we will follow up on. In each case, for these items a tooltip is detailed on the upper right side of the information box.

Processed messages: It is the total of the messages that were delivered by Engage to the WhatsApp servers. This does not imply that they have been shipped or delivered to end users

Pending delivery: Equivalent to the message with a single tick in WhatsApp. The message was sent to the recipient but the recipient has not yet received it, possibly due to a lack of signal, a dead battery, or because the sender number was marked as spam.

Delivered messages: Equivalent to the message with two gray checkmarks in WhatsApp. These are the messages that have already been delivered to the recipients.

Read: Equivalent to the message with two blue checkmarks in WhatsApp. It is an approximate number because there are users who have read receipts disabled. They are the messages marked as read by users who have it enabled

Estimated cost: It is the approximate cost of the messages that were delivered. The final cost of the campaign will be reflected in the billing.

In turn, if we need it, we can export the information obtained by clicking on Generate report.


We will receive a download link to the registered email, with which we access the platform.


The link will give access to download a .CSV file with the following information:


Number: Recipient's phone number

Status: Status of the sent message

Description of the error: Reason for the error, in case the message is not delivered to the final recipient.
