GDPR, initial conditions and Satisfaction Survey in asynchronous channels

☝If your Virtual Assistant has simultaneous GDPR, initial conditions, and Satisfaction Survey, the expected behavior on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram is:

  1. The user types something, and the bot responds with a request for GDPR acceptance. Until the user gives his consent he cannot start chatting with the bot.
  2. Once the user accepts the GDPR, the user is asked to select the condition. Until the user selects a condition he cannot start chatting with the bot.
  3. Once the user ends the conversation with the bot the survey is triggered.
  4. The user answers the survey.
  5. The session is closed.

Considerations

πŸ‘‰If the user chats again and no more than 24 hours have passed since the last customer interaction, no GDPR or conditions should be validated. The bot should continue to respond with the initial condition.

πŸ‘‰If the user chats again after 24 hours of the last customer interaction, he must revalidate the GDPR and select the condition.
