How can I create an article?

From the Knowledge module, you can edit an intention and assign a new article to it.

Click on “Article” to open a text editor. In the editor, you can choose the font style, color, and size. You can also add tables, images, numbering, bullets, and emoji to make your content more attractive and comprehensive.

If you want to add buttons or the carousel complement to show off your products, services or promotions, you should use an “answer” instead of “article” and select the Help section.

Remember that you can quickly add items to your article by using the “Quick insert” button located to the left of the editor.
