To analyze how your Help works, you can use three tools:
AgentBot Reports: use filters to analyze Help information. To do so, just access the Analytics option and filter by channels.
SEO: you can incorporate SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve the positioning of your website in search engines. The Help configuration is hidden through cryptography to prevent the HTML code from being visible on the web page.
Google Analytics: from Google Analytics, you can access additional information about using HELP. This will allow you to know where users are browsing, the articles they are visiting, the feedback they have received and if any site has not found results. It is a collaborative tool for the statistics already offered by the platform.
