How can I configure an initial form?

To set up an initial form (to be filled out by the user when starting a chat session), go to the "Initial Form" tab from your channel manager by clicking "Settings" from the left sidebar and then choose "Channels".

This tab allows you to configure:

Form status: allows you to enable or disable the display of the form.

Message: allows you to enter a text that will accompany the form, for example: Please fill in your data before logging in.

Form: allows you to create the fields for users to fill in. To do this, click the "+" icon. Then select the type, name, and the reference of each field (indicate the name of the parameter). In addition, you can indicate whether the field will be optional or required to start the session with the virtual assistant.

Remember to save your changes by clicking the save button, located in the upper right part of the screen:
