How can I create a Salesforce form in the AgentBot app?

To create a form in Salesforce, log in to the Application launcher and select the Aivo app.

In the forms panel in Aivo, click on New. It will open a box for you to enter the form name and type (case or lead). Save the changes.

You will see the recently created form listed in the main panel. You have two tabs in which to select the fields for the form: Select Case Fields, to choose the fields for a case form, and Select Lead Fields, to choose the fields for a leads form.


When you click on a tab, you will find all the fields that are available for that type of form, and you can select the ones you want based on the information you need to know about the users who chat with Aivo's virtual assistant.

Important: If you have different forms of the same type (for example, two Leads forms), you can select different fields for each one.
