How can I create an answer?

Once you have created an intention and developed Ways to Ask, you can add an answer. Moving the mouse cursor over the “Add” button will display a menu in which you can select “Answer” or “Article”.

If you choose “Answer”, a text editor will open in which you can write or paste your content. You can use text editing features, such as bold, italic, underlined or strikethrough. You can also add links to external URLs or intentions already created, images and emojis.

By choosing "Article", you will have the same tools as the reply text box.  You can also add subindices or superindices, choose type, size and font color, align the text in a certain way, add ordered lists, add or remove indentation, and add videos or tables to show your content visually. 

Is it possible to divide up an answer so it shows in sections?

If you want your virtual assistant’s answer to be shown in separated text bubbles, you should split up the message using a line break as shown in the following example
