How can I define conditions for my answers?

You can condition the content that your virtual assistant provides to customers following various rules previously established with the Aivo team. At this time, Conditions are only available to our Advanced and Enterprise clients.

You may need to provide different answers based on, for example, whether the person is your customer, the country they are asking from, if they are a student or a teacher, the type of plan they purchased, among many other options.

The conditions you define will be available in all your answers and you should only select the one you want to show. If you do not assign any conditions, all your customers will receive the same answer.


Important: only Advanced or higher plans have the choice to have conditions.
