How can I get the Salesforce security token?

To integrate your platform with Salesforce, you must enter your Salesforce login information and security token in the Integrations section.


To get it, access your personal settings and click on Reset my security token. Confirm the action to receive the new token in your inbox, and enter it in the Integrations section of the Aivo platform.


Important: If you change the Salesforce token or password after configuring the integration, you must change your information in the Aivo platform as well. Otherwise, the integration will not work.
