How can I integrate with Salesforce?

To integrate Salesforce to your Aivo platform, follow these simple steps:

- Sign in to Salesforce.

- Download the AgentBot app from AppExchange (see article "How can I download the AgentBot app from Salesforce?").

- Create your form (lead or case) (see article "How can I create a form on the AgentBot app?").

- Sign in to the Aivo platform.

- In the Integrations section, select Salesforce and fill in your information: user, password, URL (only in the case where you have an account with personal domain) and security token (see article "How can I get the Salesforce security token?").

- In the Knowledge section, select the questions to which you want to add your form.

- Edit the answer (see article "How can I edit an answer?").

- Add the SalesforceCase or SalesforceLead tool you want. If you have created multiple forms, they will be listed and you can select the one you want to use in that question.

- Save and publish the changes.

Your platforms are now integrated!

You can view your users’ answers to the forms in the corresponding Salesforce panel (Service for case forms and Sales for lead forms).
