How can I pay?

There are different plans available from which you can choose the one that best fits your business, your needs, and the expected number of monthly sessions. Once you have chosen one, you just need an international credit card to pay through our online form at the end of your registration.

You can start, end, or change your plan at any time. Plans are monthly or annual (no refunds for cancellations or plan changes). 

Monthly payment

With your monthly subscription, you can publish the knowledge base you created for your virtual assistant in all your customer support channels. You will also be able to access the platform to see statistics and work on the continuous improvement and learning of your agent. At the end of the month, you will receive a detailed invoice that will include the additional sessions for that time period.

Annual payment

If you opt for the annual subscription, not only will you get all the services included in the monthly payment, but you will also save two months. You will still have the monthly sessions included in your plan (for example: 1,000 per month in Essential) and the additional sessions will be invoiced on a monthly basis.
