How do I analyze AgentBot's performance?

The Analytics section will allow you to learn about and analyze the performance of your bot. Throughout the different sections, you will find all the information related to the chat sessions completed by the virtual assistant, backed up by dynamic charts and tables of content.

Moreover, you will be able to analyze a selected period of time within a complete set of filters for which you will be able to determine specific time frames, support channels, conditions, as well as other variables.
