How do I analyze the usage of Help?

To analyze how your Help works, you can use three tools:

  • AgentBot Reports: use filters to analyze Help information. To do so, just access the Analytics option and filter by channels.

  • Google Analytics: from Google Analytics, you can access additional information about using HELP. It is a collaborative tool for the statistics already offered by the platform.
