How do I analyze VOICE sessions?

To analyze VOICE statistics, access Analytics from the AgentBot platform. In the platform, check the modules you’re interested in by using the "Channels" filter and selecting the VOICE option. All the information for the chosen channel will be displayed.

In the chat module, you can read all the sessions and listen to the audio recording of each chat. Unresolved queries originating from this channel will be listed in the Training section.
