How do I configure floating buttons?

Through the Web channel it is possible to configure floating buttons. These buttons are displayed outside the chatbot box however, when clicking on it, the user will be directed to the Agentbot. See the example:

From the Settings option in the side panel, you must enter the channel you wish to configure the floating buttons for.

Under basic settings select the 'Buttons > Create' option located under 'Web Home Button'.

In 'Create Buttons' fill in the 'Button Name' fields and enter what intention will be called when the button is clicked, like this example:

After filling in, click on the "Save" button to complete the action. 


Remember: You must have previously created the intents that your buttons will include. The button name can only be up to 20 characters, there is no limit to the number of buttons.

IMPORTANT! 

The floating web buttons are not displayed on the cell phone (APP).
