If you need to customize the intentions that the buttons you have created within a template send, you can manage it from Engage.
You will access the Engage platform and enter the Templates section, located in the side menu in the form of a column, on the left of the screen. There you will have the list of your templates.

In the upper left side of this module, you will find a search box by template name, in order to speed up the process.
Below, the list of templates with the following data: Name, Category, Preview, Created Date, Language, Status.

In the Preview field you will be able to distinguish the icon of an eye, in order to preview our template model and additionally for the templates that contain buttons, the icon of a pencil, which will enable us the option to customize the intention to which the button is connected.

By clicking on the editing pencil we will see a new information box

The description shown in each button text box is the one we configured originally and if we need to change them, we must write the new intention we need the reference button to address and click accept.
In case of modifying it and wishing to return to the default format, we must click on the item Reset to default at the end of the box and then on accept.

In both cases we will see a notification on the screen confirming the successful change

On the other hand, if you have already customized the buttons of a template and you choose it when creating a new One Time campaign, you will have the option of modifying it again in that instance. Otherwise, we will NOT observe that option in the campaign creation process and we will have to do it from the Templates section.
