How to integrate with Zendesk Chat

If you use the Zendesk chat service, you can transfer support from AgentBot to this channel based on the rules you establish (see article “What are the types of transfers?”).

To do this, first you have to integrate your tools from the Aivo platform. Click on the Integrations section in the left panel of the screen and select “Zendesk Chat Script.

There, enter your Zendesk information:

- Zendesk script (How to get it)

- Name of transfer

- Support message: The message that will be displayed when the user is transferred. For example: We are transferring you to an agent who will handle your query.

- “After hours” message: The message that will be displayed when there are no agents available for the conversation. For example: There are no agents available at this time. Our customer service hours are from 10 AM to 5 PM.

URL do Zendesk Chat: This field will be enabled when you have completed the previous fields.
