How do you set up a welcome message on facebook?

You can set up the initial greeting in the Facebook Messenger channel. To do this, add an intention called "Calltoaction" and the response should be the message you want to appear to your user.

See the example:

Next, you must request through our Aivo Service Center portal the configuration of the 'Get Started' button on your Facebook.

👉 By clicking this button, the intent added to your content (Calltoaction) will be activated.

Important: This message will only appear the first time the user interacts with the virtual assistant in Facebook Messenger.

The assistant can recognize the user by name as configured in their Facebook profile (it is not possible to change the user name). To do this, add in the initial greeting response the code: {user=name}
