Cobrowsing is an answer complement that allows you to take your customers to the section of your site where they will find the information they are looking for. The advantage of this tool is that, instead of answering with a link or a description of where to go, the user saves clicks and avoids getting lost on the site.
On the complements tab, click on the “+Add” button. Once all the available options are displayed, select “Cobrowsing”. You simply enter the URL of the page where you want the chat window to go.
Important: For the chat window to appear in the redirected URL, the installation script must have been incorporated in said page as well. On Facebook Messenger, the user will receive a link to an external page.
