You can include a view of an embedded page in your answers. It will appear on the complements window of the virtual assistant. It is useful for displaying maps with the location of the company’s sites or a form within your website, for example.
To embed a page in your complements window, click on the complements tab and then on “+Add”. Once all the available options are displayed, select “iFrame”. You simply enter the link or iFrame you want to include.
Important: The link you enter must be to a responsive site in order for it to adapt properly to the complements window. Keep in mind that not all sites allow embedding. In the case of Facebook Messenger, the user will receive a link they can click on for further information.
