How does the Transfer complement work?

This answer complement indicates that the user’s inquiry must be transferred to another support channel (previously configured by Aivo’s technical team). To include it in your answer, go to the complements tab, click on “+Add” and then on “Transfer”. All the channels that have been configured for your bot will be displayed as options. For example: sales, technical support, complaints.

Also, you can add a message in the test box to be shown before the transfer. The text will be shown first and then the transfer message.
