Latency is the time that VOICE takes to respond, from the moment the user asks the question until the answer is given. It takes 15 seconds to recognize a question (this can be changed to 30 seconds) so, ideally, users’ questions should be short. To help with this, you can add a recommendation to the welcome message, such as: “Please use short and concise queries".
