How is Voice integration done?

SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) is used to integrate Voice as a service channel. Therefore, the following options are presented:

  1. Use your own IP telephony platform: In this case, you need to have a center that manages the SIP protocol.
  2. Use an external IP telephony provider: it is an external company that offers DID (Direct Inward Dialing) numbers, allowing calls to be received anywhere. In this case, Voice is the destination that receives these calls. Examples: DIDX, DIDWW.

Important: The number of calls answered by the Voice is unlimited, however, it will depend directly on the quality of the customer's bandwidth.
