A session with the Virtual Assistant has a different extension depending on the channel and user behavior. Depending on the channel, a session is considered ended when:
Web
- Exceeds 5 minutes of inactivity (starts after the last message sent by the user)
- If the user closes the window from the cross.
- After 24 hours of inactivity.
- After 24 hours of inactivity.
In all cases, a session also ends when it is transferred to a human agent or if the satisfaction survey is available and when sent, it is answered within 24 hours.
Important: If there is any interruption in the conversation, for example, that integration is not executed correctly, it will be restarted and counted as a different session, from the same user.
