How to add Zendesk forms in answers

Once you have integrated your Zendesk support service and the Aivo platform, you can assign forms to specific answers. To do this, edit your answer and add the “Zendesk” complement. The tool will list all the forms you have configured in Zendesk. Select the one you want to assign to that particular answer.

When you edit the answer, you can also configure the answer that the user will receive when they complete the form. If you want the user to receive the ticket number, simply add the code %ticketId%. Remember to click “Save.”

Done! When a user asks the question you have defined, they will receive a form to complete. The information entered by the customer will automatically create a new ticket in your Zendesk Support panel.
