How to configure chat window messages

Change all your chat window messages from the channel manager. Using them is not required, but you can edit them to fit your brand or the message you want to give your users. Use the following information as a guide.

You can configure the following :

- Window title: The text that appears on the header, next to your logo. It can be up to 50 characters long. 

- Text box message: The placeholder text, namely, the message in the text box where your customers will write to the bot. It can be up to 40 characters long. For example: Write your question here.

- Welcome message: The message your customers will see when they start a chat session. For example: Hello! I'm Aivo's virtual assistant, how can I help you today?

Important: If you wish to place the Buttons or Webview add-on in your welcome message, contact your CSM or send an email to with the intentions you wish to add as buttons or the link if you choose Webview.

On the right margin of the screen, there will be a preview of your window with the changes you are making. Remember to save the changes.
