To create a support channel, go to the channel manager under Settings on the left-hand side of the platform. There, click on "Add" button.
A box will open for you to enter the information about your new channel: name and type (website, Help or Facebook Messenger).
- If you choose the website channel, you will be automatically redirected to the editing section, where you must enter all the information. At the same time, the corresponding script will be created to later be placed on your website. To find out more, see the article, How can I edit my web channel?
- If you select Facebook Messenger, you will need to login to Facebook to list the pages available to be connected that are associated with that user. If the user is already logged in, the pages will be listed without logging in again. - If you select Help, you will need to select the subdomain name. A new condition is automatically generated within "Channels" to differentiate the content accordingly. To find out more, see the article, How do I create a Help channel?
