How to create a new transfer

In the Transfers section under Settings, you can create a new transfer clicking on the "add" button. You can assign the type of transfer, name and if you are using life the transfer group.

1. Transfer type: Here you choose the type of transfer you want to create. By default, you will see the following types:

a. OpenChat -- Opens as an Iframe in the same window.

b. OpenPopup -- Shows a button that when clicked opens up a window.

Important: In the OpenChat derivation type it is not possible to send the history of the conversation in the virtual assistant.

2. Name: The name you assign to transfer should be descriptive so that it is easy to identify it to add it to another intention. 

3. Transfer Groups: These are groups of agents, for example, if you wanted to separate your “Sales” team from the “Support” team, to respond to your customers’ specific inquiries. This option will only appear if you have LIVE activated. 

Important: When the first transfer is set up the default transfer rules are automatically created also. This means that after 2 evasive answers, 2 negative feedbacks or if the bot responds with the same answer twice in a row the customer will be transferred to a live agent.
