Sub-tags can be useful when a topic has multiple variables that need to be identified separately. For example, if you offer different service packs, you can create the main tag "Packs" to include all intentions on this topic. However, you may need to identify which intentions refer to each pack. To do this, you can create sub-tags within "Packs": Pack/Internet, Pack/Internet and cable TV, Pack/cable TV.
In the Statistics section, you can check the number of interactions of the main tag and each of its associated sub-tags.
To create a sub-tag, go to Tags in your user's dropdown menu. All of the tags in your bot will be displayed in a tree view. Select the tag you wish to define as Main and click on the three dots. Select the Add tag option, which is represented by a "+" icon. It will open a module for you to write the name of your sub-tag and save the changes.

Important: Associated sub-tags need to be deleted first if you wish to delete the main tag.
