Go to “Manage” in the Zendesk settings. There, click on “Ticket forms.” You will find all the forms you typically use, and you can also create a new form with the fields that you want to ask your customers. You can also select a form to edit the fields, clone it or deactivate it.
Important: When creating the forms, you can only use the fields offered by Zendesk. Otherwise, if you generate extra custom fields, the form will not work.
You can use all the forms you have in Zendesk in your AgentBot answers (see article “How do I add Zendesk forms to my answers?”).
