How to edit a user

Once a user has been created, you must assign him/her the permissions he/she will have.

Keep in mind that the accesses have no minimum or maximum, but each one is oriented to perform a particular management, being able to provide all of them simultaneously or selecting only the necessary one for the user's profile created.

The permissions that you will be able to grant in AgentBot are:

Analytics: View and download metrics from the Analytics section.
Knowledge: Create, edit and/or delete the content of your virtual assistant.
Training: Improve your knowledge base by adding unresolved queries.
Administration: Configure tags, messages, integrations, channels and users.
Ads: Manage triggers and campaigns on your website.
Live Access: This item gives the user the possibility to enter the Live platform from MyAivo by clicking on "Go to" in the menu, otherwise they will be automatically redirected.

☝  Aivo Studio: To access Aivo Studio it is only necessary that the user has permission to the MyAivo platform. In other words, by accessing the MyAivo platform the user will also be able to access the Aivo Studio platform.
