How to edit FAQs displayed in the complement window

To edit the frequently asked questions that appear in your chat window, go to the Channels Manager, select the channel you want to edit, and click on the FAQ tab.

In this tab, enable or disable the FAQs displayed in the complements window. If you disable them, only the chat window will be displayed.

You can also define whether your FAQs will be automatic.

Automatic FAQs are updated every seven days according to the number of interactions, which means that the 10 most asked questions of the week will be shown.

Important: If there is an intention that you want to exclude from the list, uncheck that question's "Suggest" option.

If you disable the automatic FAQs option, you can choose up to 10 fixed questions previously uploaded to AgentBot. To do this, click on the blue circle with the "+" symbol and write the question you want to add, exactly as it was uploaded to your content.
