How to get the Client ID and Secret ID of your Pure Cloud account?

To obtain your Client ID and Secret ID for your Pure Cloud account, you must follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the link: https://apps.mypurecloud.com/directory/#/admin/integrations/oauth with your login credentials. Then click on the "Login" button.

Step 2: On the screen that will appear, click on the ‘Administrator > Integrations > OAuth’ option. The Client ID for each configured OAuth client will be displayed in a list. See the example:

Step 3: Clicking on the client's App Name will open the field for editing the user data. In this screen, you can view the 'Secret ID', the access types, and other information related to the Oauth Client.
