To get the Zendesk Support security token, go to the settings in the left panel of the screen. There, look for the channel specifications and click on “API.”
At this point, you will need to add a new token. This is the token that you can copy and add to the Aivo platform to complete the integration. It is important to save it because, for security reasons, it is only displayed the first time and is then encrypted as shown in the image.
Important: If you change the Zendesk token or password after configuring the integration, you must change your information in the Aivo platform as well. Otherwise, the integration will no longer work.
