How to integrate Zendesk Guide

To import your content from Zendesk Guide, you will have to integrate this tool with your Aivo platform. To do this, simply go to “Zendesk Support and Guide” in the Integrations section and enter your information. If you have already configured the integration with Zendesk Support, you will not need to complete this step (see article “How to integrate Zendesk Support”).

Once you have connected both platforms, you will be able to import the whole knowledge base you created in Zendesk Guide and it will become part of your AgentBot content. This way, you will not need to copy the questions individually. They will all be copied directly to your Knowledge section.

It is very simple! Go to the Import section in the left panel of the platform. There, select “From Zendesk” and start importing your question base to AgentBot.

The titles of your articles will become new questions and the content will be the answers. In the platform, you can later add tags and ways to ask, as well as tools to make your content more attractive.

Important: If you have already imported your content and you add more articles in Zendesk Guide, you can import again and it will only copy the new articles.
