If you use the Zendesk Support service (and have an Enterprise account or higher) you can receive tickets from AgentBot to handle queries, complaints and customer requests.
To do this, first you have to integrate your tools from the Aivo platform. Click on the Integrations section in the left panel of the screen and select “Zendesk.”
There, enter your Zendesk information:
Email: The email address you enter must belong to a user authorized to edit forms.
Zendesk token (How to get it)
Important: If you change the Zendesk token or password after configuring the integration, you must change your information in the Aivo platform as well. Otherwise, the integration will no longer work.
