How to request new service lines for the Genesys platform?

To create new service queues in Genesys it is necessary to open a request through our service channel Jira with the following data: 

Queue data

  1. Queue Name: 
  2. Queue ID: 
  3. organizationId:
  4. deploymentId: 
  5. PureCloud login URL: 

Channel information

Channel type: web, WhatsApp, Facebook and/or Instagram;
